Valley City State University Volleyball Camps

Facilities & Directions

Osmon Fieldhouse

The W.E. Osmon Fieldhouse is the main gymnasium on the campus of Valley City State University. Affectionately known as "The Bubble" by locals, the Osmon Fieldhouse is home to the Viking men's and women's basketball teams.

With a capacity of about 2200 people, The Bubble creates an exceptional atmosphere during big games.
The Fieldhouse is also used as the location for VCSU's annual Commencement Ceremony, and is the site of the annual Boys and Girls Barnes County Basketball Tournaments. Volleyball, football, baseball and softball also use the fieldhouse as a practice facility at certain times during the year.

Graichen Gymnasium

Graichen Gymnasium is the home for Viking Volleyball at VCSU. A cozy brick building nestled in the heart of campus, Graichen seats approximately 400 and is one of the only courts in the state of North Dakota that is used strictly for volleyball. Due to it's intimate nature, fans at the games have a real on the court sense while cheering for the Vikings. Graichen Gymnasium creates a raucous atmosphere at home volleyball games, giving the vikings a big home court advantage.

Campers will receive an opportunity during camp to practice on the court that the VCSU Vikings use for all their home matches.
